Orders are processed in 1-3 days. We can ship products virtually anywhere in the World. Our products will ship via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS depending on which product you choose and destination. Delivery time for the Continental US is 4-6 days. We cannot be held responsible with carrier delivery schedules. If you need it sooner please contact us by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine additional charges. We offer free shipping on some of our many of our items. This is available for US addresses only.

For health and safety reasons, pet carriers can only be returned or exchanged if the pet has NOT occupied the carrier. You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping costs. Items not returned with all original packaging, instructions and warranties will be subject to up to 10% restocking fee. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In all other cases, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
Our Airline kennel-crates and packages are 100 % Guaranteed to be Airline accepted. We are not responsible if they are rejected due to size requirements or restrictions.
